Albion and East Group has expanded its estate to Brixton with a second site.
Canova Hall is a 4.579 sq bar and restaurant which opens on 18 September. Split over the basement and ground floor level, it features an old market-style canteen. Customers will be introduced to their cocktail trolley – gin and all accompaniment to make their own drinks – or can Book a Bartender to make cocktails at their table. The menu is centred around an authentic all-wood oven, imported from Modena in Italy.
