Authentic Alehouses up for sale

Five freehold properties from the Authentic Alehouse portfolio have been put up for sale.

Five freehold properties from the Authentic Alehouse portfolio have been put up for sale, following the group going into administration in 2019.

Previously operated under management and trading under the Authentic Alehouses Limited brand, the properties are broadly located within a ‘corridor’ along the M62, ranging from Driffield, East Yorkshire, to Barnoldswick, Lancashire.

Four of the properties, The Albert Hotel, Ponty Tavern, Wakey Tavern and the Countess of Rosse, are substantial, traditional public houses, prominently located in busy town centre or suburban locations. The remaining pub, The Fountain Inn, is a smaller site located in a rural location.

Christie & Co has been re-instructed to market the portfolio on behalf of joint administrators, Simon Bonney and Michael Kiely of Quantuma.

Offers are invited on a group or individual basis.
