Schofield's Bar, created by brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield, will be opening its doors for the first time next week.

The brand new bar, located in the Manchester's historic landmark of Sunlight House, will be welcoming guests inside from 19 May, with the much anticipated easing of restrictions.

The bar is an all-day venue, with a focus on classic cocktails and inspired by some of the industry’s most iconic bars.

Launching with a menu of 24 classics – such as the Bloody Mary, martini, negroni and old fashioned – they will also be accompanied by 12 seasonal drinks, which will change every three months.

The drinks are complemented with a menu of locally sourced cheese and charcuterie boards, and in the daytime guests can visit for coffee and pastries from Manchester’s Pollen Bakery.

With current social distancing restrictions, the bar inside will seat 50, with outdoors open to up to 40 guests.
