Arc Inspirations has launched plant-based dedicated menus across its venues to celebrate Veganuary 2022.
Bar operator Arc Inspirations has launched plant-based dedicated menus across its venues to celebrate Veganuary 2022.
Now available across all 18 sites located in the north of England, brands BOX, Manahatta and Banyan are now offering a food menu that is vegan-friendly, including balanced power bowls, burgers and curry dishes.
Last year, Veganuary inspired and supported more than half a million people to try going vegan during 2021, encouraging people to be more environmentally conscious by adopting a plant-based lifestyle for the month of January.
“We’ve always championed vegan dishes on our menus and we recognise the importance of providing plant-based options for our guests," says Arc Inspirations CEO Martin Wolstencroft. "We wanted to take it one step further by creating our first ever vegan dedicated menu to kick off the New Year. It’s important for us to cater to all of our audiences and we’ll be continuing to listen to the demands of our customers to further innovate our menu choices.”
