Revel Collective brings in new CFO
The Revel Collective plc has appointed Matthew Fowler as its chief financial officer.

The Revel Collective plc, operator of Revolution, Revolución de Cuba and Peach Pubs, has appointed Matthew Fowler as its chief financial officer (CFO).
Fowler joins from musicMagpie plc, where he was CFO until April this year. He is replacing Danielle Davies, who has been CFO at Revel (formerly Revolution Bars Group) since July 2020.
The business says Davies will remain in the business in the short term to effect an orderly transition of her responsibilities.
"I’m delighted to welcome Matthew to the board," says Rob Pitcher, CEO of The Revel Collective. "His wealth of experience will be invaluable in helping to steer the group through the challenging times currently faced by the hospitality sector and support the business to realise its true value."
In March 2025, Revel revealed its half-year results, once again illustrating its reliance on its Peach Pubs business.
“I am excited to join the Revel Collective at this important moment in its journey," says Fowler. "I look forward to working with Rob and the wider team to help deliver on the company's strategic plans."
