Kicking off the series on Monday 2 March is Mark Hix, who will making a dish inspired by the sea with a Lobster & Crayfish Stargazy Pie.
On Tuesday 3 March, Tom Hurst, chef and founder of Cloth in Farringdon, will be bringing his Veal, Smoked Bacon & Wild Garlic pie to The Three Horseshoes. The following night, Hector and Fergus Henderson will create their joint pie together.
Fergus founded the French House alongside wife Margot, before opening St John. The duo's dish is a Smoked Eel Pie.
Following the Hendersons, Kyu Jeon and Duncan Robertson, chef owners of Bristol-based restaurants Bokman and Dongnae, will bring a pie filled with Pig’s Head, Kimchi, Potato and Oyster on Thursday 5th March.
Closing the week of celebrations on Friday 6 March will be chef and co-owner of Brawn Ed Wilson. His pie is a Chicken, Sweetbread and Wild Garlic.
"The Three Horseshoes has always been about celebrating great food and community, and what better way to bring people together than with the ultimate comfort food," says Henderson. "I’m thrilled to welcome this incredible lineup of chefs to our kitchen and can’t wait to share these wonderful pies with our guests."
