NWTC brings in Cosy Club MD

New World Trading Company has announced the appointment of Amber Wood.

New World Trading Company (NWTC), the operator of 33 bars and restaurants, has announced the appointment of Amber Wood as its new chief operating officer.

Wood joins from Loungers brand Cosy Club, where she was recently managing director. Before that she was head of operations at Novus Leisure.

The news comes as NWTC launches its latest The Botanist venue, a flagship site at St. James Quarter in Edinburgh, which opened its doors to customers on Monday 7 August.

Development is also currently underway for new openings in Sunderland, Durham and Bournemouth.
