Beach House Group to launch pub rooms
The Beach House Group is adding rooms to its Harbour House pub.

The Harbour House pub in Flushing, Cornwall, will soon have rooms as part of its offer, marking the first accommodation business for The Beach House Group.
Led by owners Tamara Costin and William Speed, the group will also continue its expansion into Cornwall this year with the launch of a second Beach House in Falmouth on 8 February 2025, 15 years after the flagship site opened in Devon.
Alongside the flagship, the group also operates the School House restaurant in Mothecombe, Devon, and the Harbour House pub in Flushing.
Harbour House opened as a dining pub in summer 2023, earning a place in the Michelin Guide. The team soon began renovating the upstairs to create three en-suite bedrooms, which are due to open in spring 2025.
More on the Harbour House
The pub interior is stripped back to showcase original wooden floors, beams and brickwork. The pub offers complimentary visitor moorings for diners.
The bedrooms will echo the style of the pub, revealing historical walls and opening ceilings to bring in plenty of natural light.
Locally sourced features will include antique lighting from Penryn-based Skinflint, pieces from Kernow Furniture and Cornish Lime on the walls. Room amenities will be supplied by Land + Water.
